From the inside
What it is like to be a Eight
You size up power quickly: who is in charge, who is weak, who is being taken advantage of. You move toward conflict instead of away from it. Softness feels risky, so you keep it for very few people. You do things big.
Below the line
When the pattern runs you
You bulldoze, dominate and push for more. You deny tiredness and hurt. People feel your intensity before they feel your care.
Above the line
When you see it and choose
You let people see your softer side and find that it makes you stronger. You use your power to protect and build. Your honesty becomes something people can lean on.
Nobody lives above the line. The work is noticing sooner when you have dropped below it.
