Give clients the typing package. They arrive with a subtype read, a Book of You and a Growth Path, so your first session starts deeper.
Daily practice between sessions
Your clients check in with Emma, try a weekly experiment and talk things through. The work you started keeps moving.
A shared room
One page for you and each client, with notes, agreements and prep. Both of you see everything in it, and every card says who wrote it.
Coaching plans, drafted for you
After your sessions, Emma can draft a structured coaching plan from your session transcripts and the client's own material. Nothing reaches the client until you approve it.

Consent first
Your clients decide what you see
A client's private chats, interview, reflections and Book of You belong to them. Until a client turns on sharing with you, you see their name and your sessions together, and nothing else.
When they turn it on, Emma can bring you what helps: prep before a session, what they have been working on, patterns worth your attention. They can turn it off at any time.
If Emma is ever worried about a client's safety, she tries to send their assigned coach a short alert: who and when, never what they wrote. How safety works.
Typing packages for clients
$29 a package, bought in bulk
Buy anywhere from 1 to 100 typing packages and give them to clients by email. Each client gets the full package, including a month of Emma, and their month starts when they claim it. Unused packages never expire.

Learn to coach with Emma
Big Self School runs two four-day live online trainings for coaches: typing with judgment, presence, ethics and outcomes, with Emma as your practice tool. They lead toward Emma certification.
Coaches approved to use Emma become part of the Emma partner program. What the program includes is in discussion, and we are shaping it with our first group of coaches.

Who can use Emma as a coach?
During the beta, coaches join Emma by invitation as approved coaches. Write to us to ask about joining.
Can I see my clients' conversations with Emma?
No. You never see a client's private chats. With their consent, Emma shares what helps your coaching, such as prep and themes, and the shared room holds everything you both chose to put there.
Do I need to be certified in the Enneagram?
No. Many coaches come from different schools or none. The training covers the subtypes, and Emma carries the depth of the theory.
Can I use Emma with teams?
Yes. Approved coaches can set up teams for their clients and invite members and leads. Emma for teams.
