Pricing questions
Is the $49 a down payment on something else?
No. The typing package is complete on its own. You keep your documents whether or not you ever continue.
Will I be charged automatically after my month?
No. Your included month ends on its own. Membership starts only if you choose it.
Can I get a refund?
All sales of the typing package are final. If something went wrong, write to us at shelley@bigselfschool.com and a person will read it.
Can I work with a human coach too?
Yes. Many people use Emma alongside a coach. Big Self School offers coaching, and we train other coaches to work with Emma.
