Emma is an AI Enneagram companion from Big Self School. She finds your Enneagram subtype, writes you a Book of You and a Growth Path, and helps you practice what you learned through daily check-ins, weekly experiments and conversation.

Anyone who wants to understand themselves and live a little differently because of it. People also use Emma alongside a coach, and teams use her to understand how they work together.

Neither. Emma is an AI companion. Where you have a human coach, the coach leads and Emma supports the work between sessions. Emma is not therapy, medical care or an emergency service.

Emma is built for one practice: knowing yourself through the Enneagram and putting it to work. She keeps a picture of you that grows over time, she works from Big Self School's coaching method, and she reaches out to you instead of waiting to be asked.

Yes. Emma runs in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to install.

We are measuring that honestly, against people who already know their subtype, and we will not quote a number until there is enough evidence behind one. Emma treats every read as a hypothesis and checks it from more than one angle. How Emma finds your type.

Each of the nine Enneagram types comes in three versions, shaped by which instinct leads: self-preservation, social or one-to-one. That makes 27 subtypes. Two people with the same type can look very different because of it. What the Enneagram is.
