From the inside
What it is like to be a Three
You know what success looks like in every room, and you adjust to fit it. You are efficient, motivated and good at reading what will impress. Feelings slow you down, so you set them aside for later. Later rarely comes.
Below the line
When the pattern runs you
You work past exhaustion and confuse your role with your self. You polish the truth. You lose track of what you actually want, as opposed to what would look good.
Above the line
When you see it and choose
You slow down enough to feel things. You let people see the unfinished version of you. Your drive gets pointed at what genuinely matters to you, and you discover you are valued anyway.
Nobody lives above the line. The work is noticing sooner when you have dropped below it.

The three Three subtypes
Which instinct leads changes how the type shows up. Two Threes can look very different. A countertype can look like another type entirely.
