For teams
See how your team really works
Most team tools describe behavior. Emma helps a team understand motivation: why each person reacts the way they do, where the friction comes from, and what to practice together.

What your team gets
One map. Everyone on it.
Every person typed
Each member takes the assessment and gets an individual report about their own pattern, written for them.
The team map
See the whole team at once: who leads with which instinct, where you cluster, and which perspectives are missing.
The Book of Us
A team report in eight chapters, from what each person brings to how the team behaves under pressure, ending with the work ahead.
Duets
Two teammates answer the same question about how they work together. Neither sees the other's answer until both have written.
The writing desk
Before you send a hard message, Emma reads it with you: how it lands for someone of that type, and what you might be missing about yourself.
A team assistant
Each member can talk with Emma about a colleague, a meeting or a decision, grounded in what they have shared about themselves.
The Book of Us
Eight chapters about your team
| The arc of this team | Where the team has come from and where it is heading |
| What each of us brings | The gift of every person, named generously |
| What we say about ourselves | The story the team tells, and what it leaves out |
| How we move together | The team's rhythm, decisions and default moves |
| Where our patterns cost us | The friction your types create, without blame |
| This team under pressure | What happens when stress rises |
| The empty chairs | The perspectives no one on the team naturally brings |
| The work ahead | Three or four edges to practice in real meetings |
“Our enneagram session was not only the high of my week but probably the high of my month. I left more connected to myself and my team of leaders.”

Safe for everyone on the team
The lead never sees individual answers
Team leads see insights about the team as a whole. No screen in Emma shows a lead anyone's individual answers or private conversations.
Team-level reads appear only once at least three people have contributed, so a line about "the team" can never quietly be a line about one person.
Each member's own Emma, and anything they tell her, stays theirs. Privacy and trust.
Getting started
Start with a conversation
Emma for teams is set up with each team, usually with a Big Self School coach. We stand up your team, invite your people and walk you through the map and report.
Many teams pair Emma with a live workshop led by Dr. Shelley Prevost. Workshops are booked separately through Big Self School.
Help your team understand each other
