From the inside
What it is like to be a Five
You watch first. You want to understand before you engage. People can feel like a drain, so you guard your time and your privacy. You often feel most alive in your head, alone, working something out.
Below the line
When the pattern runs you
You withdraw, detach and hold back. You keep feelings at a distance and say less than you know. Life becomes something you observe more than something you are in.
Above the line
When you see it and choose
You share what you know and what you feel. You find there is more energy than you thought. You show up in person, and your clarity becomes something others can use.
Nobody lives above the line. The work is noticing sooner when you have dropped below it.
