From the inside
What it is like to be a Seven
Your mind jumps ahead to the next plan, idea or adventure. You reframe hard things fast. Commitment can feel like a cage, and sitting with difficult feelings can feel unbearable. You light up rooms and leave them before the mood turns.
Below the line
When the pattern runs you
You scatter your energy, start more than you finish, and escape into plans when things get painful. You rationalize. People close to you may feel you are never quite there.
Above the line
When you see it and choose
You stay with one thing long enough to go deep. You let sadness in and discover it passes. Your joy becomes grounded, and your vision gets finished.
Nobody lives above the line. The work is noticing sooner when you have dropped below it.
Three versions of every type
The three Seven subtypes
